If our clients so wish, we take on responsibility for all their annual obligations, from the monitoring of their periodical obligations to the approval of annual accounts. Or we provide them technical assistance on precise points (executive status and liability, employee shareholding, etc.).

We accompany our clients during operations which call for multidisciplinary know-how: acquisition or sale of activities, restructuring of groups, mergers, transfer of assets and similar transactions, shareholders items, etc.
